摘要
目的观察在女性不孕患者诊治中予以腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合应用的效果及价值。方法本研究选取临城县人民医院收治的60例女性不孕患者,以2015年10月至2016年10月为样本选取时段,分组方式为抽签分组,予以宫腔镜诊治的30例患者为对照组,予以腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合诊治的30例患者为试验组,对2组患者临床诊疗效果进行比对和分析。结果试验组与对照组比较,诊治总有效率明显较高,且治疗时间试验组明显较短,而满意度、受孕率明显较高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诊治发现腹腔内病变如生殖器发育异常、结节性输卵管炎、多囊卵巢、子宫内膜异位症、慢性盆腔炎为导致不孕的主要原因,宫腔内病变如内膜发育异常、内膜炎症等也会导致不孕,只有宫腹腔镜联合诊疗才能诊断准确,治疗有效,提高受孕率。结论在女性不孕患者诊治中予以腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合应用具有更为理想的诊疗效果,可提升患者受孕率,在临床上此方法值得应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency and application value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of secondary infertility in females. Methods Sixty female patients with secondary infertility who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by hysteroscopy,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy. The diagnostic and therapeutic effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of diagnosis and treatment in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and treatment duration was obviously shorter than that in control group,moreover,the degree of satisfaction and conception rate were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The intraperitoneal pathological changes including abnormal genital development, nodular salpingitis,polycystic ovary,endometriosis,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were the main causees of infertility,moreover intrauterine pathological changes including endometrial dysplasia and endometrial inflammation could also result in infertility,therefor,only laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy could accurately diagnose and effectively treat infertility to improve conception rate. Conclusion The laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility can get satisfactory effectiveness to improve conception rate,thus,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
