SOC estimation of lithium-ion battery based on improved ampere-hour integral method

摘要 为了解决安时积分法不能估计锂离子电池组初始荷电状态(SOC_0),难于准确测量库仑效率和电池可用容量变化的问题,提出改进的安时积分法:建立锂电池二阶等效模型,结合恒流放电实验数据,推导出开路电压的预估公式,从而估算初始SOC;再通过大量实验,分析电池老化、库仑效率、电池总容量变化的影响因素,对该参数进行修正和优化。实验结果显示,改进的安时积分法误差达到0.03%。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for the ampere-hour integral method to accurately measure the initial charge state(SOC_0), coulomb efficiency and variation of available capacity for lithium-ion battery, an improved ampere-hour integral method was proposed: the second-order equivalent model was established;combining experimental data of constant discharge, the estimated formula of open circuit voltage was deduced to estimate the initial SOC; through a lot of experiments, the factors of cell aging, coulomb efficiency and total battery capacity change were analyzed, and then the parameters were amended and optimized. The experimental results show that the error of the improved ampere-hour integral method reaches 0.03%.
