摘要
本文针对主变冷却风机损坏偏多的问题,对该问题进行深入研究,查明原因。查阅保护定值单、风机的运行模式和主变运行温度记录,并进行现场运行情况检查:就地指针表指示温度检查,使用红外线测温成像仪对风机进行测温检测,现场对风机对流测试,冷却系统侧吹试验检查;通过多方面检查和试验,判断故障生产原因,研究并采取针对性措施,主变运行两年来无出现此类故障,验证方法有效。
In this paper,the main phase of the C phase cooling fan damage is too much, the problem of in-depth study, thorough investigation of the reasons. Check the operation mode and operation of main transformer temperature records, fan protection setting and on-site inspection operation:the local pointer table indicates the temperature inspection, tem- perature detection of fan using infrared thermal imager, the scene of the fan convection test, side blowing test cooling sys- tem ; through various inspection and test. To judge the fault reason of production, and take corresponding measures, opera- tion of main transformer in two years without such a fault, effective verification method.
