摘要
汽车空调系统的主要组成部分包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器、加热器等。通过对整车的人热负荷以及需求制冷量的分析,采用理论计算压缩机压缩过程的方法建立压缩机模型,以美国NIST REFPROP 6软件中的R134a制冷剂的热物性质的计算结果作为制冷剂在系统管路中热物性质的变化情况的数据源,以制冷系统的热力学为理论基础建立了新的汽车空调系统的数学模型;使用LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim Rev 13仿真软件建立系统的模型,仿真实验结果表明所建立的模型是正确的。
The main components of the automotive air conditioning system is the compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, heater and other parts of the composition, this paper through the vehicle of the heat load and the de- mand for cooling capacity analysis. Using the method of theoretical calculation of compressor process to establish com- pressor modei,in order to calculate the thermophysical properties of R134a refrigerant N/ST in the software REFPROP 9 as a result of changes in the refrigerant pipeline in thermal physical properties of the data source, based on the thermody- namic refrigeration system mathematical model is the theoretical basis of the establishment of the new automobile air conditioning system. The use of LMS Imagine. Lab AMESim Rev 13 simulation software to build the model of the system,the simulation results show that the model is correct.
