摘要
为进一步加强对公共资源交易市场的监督管理,切实打造规范、有序、高效、透明的公共资源交易平台,国家发改委、工信部、财政部等16个部门共同签署了《公共资源交易信息共享备忘录》,并对共享公共资源交易信息的内容、共享方式等作出了明确的规定。但截至目前,全国公共资源交易平台信息共享仍未全面完成。为此,本文特以A市为例而就全国公共资源交易信息共享"一张网"建设提出几点建议。
