摘要
城市地下综合管廊作为现代化城市一项新型、综合性的市政公用基础设施工程,具有与传统分散敷设模式的城市管网不可比拟的优势,但由于其投资巨大、拆迁困难、收益甚微等而一度处于"历史欠账"建设状态,随着城市人口、车辆不断集聚,城市地下管廊的综合效益越来越得到体现,PPP模式的兴起,无疑为加快城市地下综合管廊项目建设提供了契机。基于财政部政府和社会资本合作中心国家级示范城市地下综合管廊PPP项目形成的大数据开展经验探讨和研究,对行业具有一定的借鉴意义。
