摘要
在水温23.0~25.0℃下研究不同剂量的硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)、甲醛、敌百虫、聚维酮碘对体质量(25.0±2.0)g锦鲤Cyprinus carpio幼鱼的急性毒性及其评价方法。结果表明,硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)、甲醛、敌百虫、聚维酮碘对锦鲤幼鱼的24 h半致死浓度为6.75mg·L^(-1)、78.77mg·L^(-1)、5.95mg·L^(-1)、96.39mg·L^(-1),48h半致死浓度为5.12mg·L^(-1)、49.52mg·L^(-1)、4.28mg·L^(-1)、70.88mg·L^(-1),安全浓度为0.88mg·L^(-1)、5.87mg·L^(-1)、0.67mg·L^(-1)、11.49mg·L^(-1)。4种药物毒性大小依次为:敌百虫>硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)>甲醛>聚维酮碘。本研究结果可为预防和治疗锦鲤苗种疾病提供参考。
The acute toxicity of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture （5 ： 2）, formaldehyde, trichlorfon and povidone iodine at different doses to koi carp fingerlings with body weight of （25.0± 2.0） g was investigated at water temperature of 23.0 - 25.0 ℃. The results showed that the median lethal concentrations of 24 h and 48 h were 6.75 mg·L^-1 and 5.12 mg·L^-1 in copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture （5 ： 2）; 78.77mg·L^-1 and 49.52 mg·L^-1 in formaldehyde; 5.95mg·L^-1, 4.28 mg·L^-1 in trichlorfon and 96.39 mg·L^-1 and 70.88 mg·L^-1in povidone iodine with safety concentration of 0.88 mg·L^-1 in copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture （5 ： 2）, 5.87 mg-L~ in formaldehyde, 0.67 mg·L^-1 in trichlorfon and 11.49 mg·L^-1 in povidone iodine. The descendent order of the four drug toxicity were ranged as trichlorfon 〉 copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture 〉 formaldehyde 〉 povidone iodine. The findings can provide reference and basis for the treatment of diseases in koi carp fingerling rearing.
