摘要
依托重载铁路30 t轴重实车综合试验,获得大量轮轨垂向力实测数据,运用数理统计分析,揭示不同轴重重载列车作用下轮轨垂向力分布特征以及变化规律,提出轮轨垂向力概率密度分布函数,以及轮轨垂向力平均值、标准差与轴重和速度的联合关系式。研究结果表明:轮轨垂向力平均值和最大值随着轴重增加线性增大,标准差随轴重增加呈负指数函数式减小;轮轨垂向力平均值随速度呈指数式增长,最大值、标准差以及变异系数均随着车速增大线性增长;不同轴重重载列车轮轨垂向力均服从正态分布;根据轮轨垂向力与轴重、速度的联合关系式可对不同轴重列车以不同速度运行时轮轨垂向力平均和标准差做出预测。研究成果对于重载铁路工程结构设计和养护维修具有指导意义。
Based on the comprehensive experiment of 30 t axle load trains of heavy haul railway, a lot of measured data of wheel-rail vertical force were obtained. The distribution characteristics and change law of wheel-rail vertical force under different axle loads of heavy haul trains were revealed by mathematical statistics. The probability density function of wheel-rail vertical force and two equations of the mean and standard deviation of wheel-rail vertical force with respect to axle load and speed were put forward. The results show that: The mean and the maximum of the wheel-rail vertical force increase linearly with the axle load, while the standard deviation decreases exponentially with the axle load; The mean of wheel-rail vertical force increases exponentially with the speed, while the maximum, standard deviation and coefficient of variation increase linearly with speed; The wheel-rail vertical force under different axle loads of heavy haul trains all obey the normal distribution; According to the equation of wheel-rail vertical force with respect to axle load and speed, the mean and standard deviation of wheel-rail vertical force can be predicted for different axle trains running at different speeds. The research results are of guiding significance for the structural design and maintenance of heavy haul railway engineering.
