摘要 鉴于天然岩心、特别是大尺寸的天然岩心获取困难,人造岩心在油气藏工程研究室内实验评价中具有重要作用。为了获得可以进行室内实验的三维大尺寸疏松岩心,在调研大量相关文献的基础上,综述了人造岩心的物理特性、渗流特性及制作方法,探讨了不同制作方式的特点、岩心物性的影响因素以及人造岩心的渗流特征。采用环氧树脂胶结河砂,制作了三维大尺寸岩心。结果表明:人造岩心在模拟天然岩心的非均质性、骨架性质、孔隙结构及孔隙性、渗透率、力学性质等物理特性以及渗流特性方面取得了较好的效果。制作的大尺寸岩心在各方面与天然岩心相似,可满足相关室内实验研究。通过对人造岩心的调研与大尺寸岩心的制作,认为结合人造岩心物理实验和虚拟岩石物理来解决油气勘探开发中的实际问题是发展趋势,应进一步开展大尺寸和非常规人造岩心制作的研究。 Because of the limitation with natural cores, especially for the large-scale cores, artificial cores play an important role in laboratory experiments research and evaluation. The purpose of the research is to get artificial cores for indoor experiments. In this paper the making methods, physical properties and seepage characteristic of artificial cores were reviewed and the characteristics of different methods, the factors of physical properties and flow characteristics of different artificial cores were discussed on the basis of large number of relevant literatures. Then the loose cores were made with river sand and cementing agent. The results suggest that the artificial cores are similar to natural cores at the aspects of anisotropy, rock skeleton, porous structure, permeability, sensibility and the characteristic of fluid flow. The artificial cores are similar to natural cores in several aspects. With the results of the research, it is necessary to study on the three-dimensional large-scale cores and unconventional cores issues in oil and gas exploration by combining the artificial core
