直流充电桩检测车研制 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,国内直流充电基础设施的数量急剧增多,为了保证直流充电桩供电安全性和可靠性,对直流充电桩安装前后进行全面精确地检测非常重要。本文研制了一台直流充电桩检测车,该检测车可以模拟电动汽车充电过程,对直流充电桩控制兼容性和通信兼容性进行测试,包括对模拟正常充电过程中直流充电桩输出电流电压进行监测,对模拟充电故障过程中直流充电桩的控制性能和通信性性能测试。该检测车的研制有效地提高了充电桩检测效率,大大地提升了充电桩运行的安全性和可靠性。 In recent years, the number of domestic DC charging facilities has increased dramatically. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of DC charging spots, it is very important to can-y out comprehensive and accurate detection of DC charging spots before and after installation. In this paper, a DC charging spot detection vehicle is developed,which can simulate the charging process of electric vehicle and test the control compatibility of DC charging spots and communication compatibility,including monitoring the output current and voltage of DC charging pile during normal charging and the control performance and the communication performance test of the DC charging spots during the simulation of the charging fault. The development of the detection vehicle effectively improves the efficiency of the charging spots detection, greatly improving the safety and reliability of the charging spots operation.
