摘要
尽管针对布敦岩沥青改性沥青及其混合料性能的研究已有很多,但鲜见对布敦岩沥青混合料拌和工艺的研究。论文选取70号基质沥青和SBS改性沥青以及两种级配类型(SMA-13和AC-20),基于拌和楼"干拌"工艺,通过改变拌和顺序、拌和时间,研究拌和楼拌和工艺对布敦岩沥青混合料性能的影响。结果发现岩沥青后加工艺(集料与沥青先拌和,再与岩沥青拌和)优于常规工艺(集料与岩沥青先拌和,再与沥青拌和);适当延长拌和时间有助于降低空隙率,提高马歇尔稳定度,改善混合料性能;布敦岩沥青与SBS复合改性混合料的性能更优。据此,提出对布敦岩沥青混合料拌和工艺要求。
The performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture containing Buton rock asphalt have been very well studied,but the mixing process of asphalt mixture containing BRA has seldom been involved. In this paper 70 # base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, and two gradation types(SMA--13 & AC--20)are selected, based on the "dry mixing" process of mixing plant, the effect of mixing process on the performance of asphalt mixture containing BRA is studied by changing the mixing order and mixing time in mixing plant. The results indicat that the improved process(that is, aggregate mixed with asphalt binder at first, and then mixed with BRA)is superior to conventional mixing process(aggregate mixed with BRA at first,and then mixed with asphalt binder). Increasing the mixing time helps to reduce the VV, increase the stability of Marshall, and improve the performance of mixture. BRA and SBS composite modified asphalt can significantly improve the performance of asphalt mixture. Accordingly,the mixing process requirements of the BRA asphalt mixture are proposed in the end.
