摘要
通过混炼共混制备了一种高树脂含量的新型酚醛树脂(PF)/高铝水泥(HAC)复合材料,并探究了制备工艺和配比对其性能的影响。结果发现,随着热塑性树脂粉所占比例增大,复合材料的弯曲强度呈现上升的趋势,且热塑性树脂粉含量为67%时弯曲强度达到最大值98.49 MPa;热压成型再进行后固化后,弯曲强度达到98.48 MPa,相对于未养护的材料提高了30.97%,且断裂面表现为韧性断裂的特征。
A new kind of high-resin-content phenolic resin (PF)/high alumina cement (HAC)/ composites was prepared by milling and blending. The impact of preparation technics and addition on composites were studied. The results show that the flexure strength of the composites presents an increasing tendency when the content of resin powder increases. And the flexure strength is comes to the maximum of 98.49 MPa when the resin powder content is 67%. After heat curing, the flexure strength increases by 30. 97% compared with the not curing material, and the fracture surface is characterized by ductile fracture.
