摘要
通过共混和相转化法制备了纳米TiO_2/聚醚砜复合膜,并考察了纳米TiO_2对膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明,添加纳米TiO_2后,膜断面结构中微孔增多,指状孔长度增长,且有效改善了膜的亲水性和抗污染性。当纳米TiO_2含量为0.3%时,膜综合性能最佳,此时,复合膜的表面接触角为75.9°,纯水通量为50.23 L/(m2·h),对Na2SO4溶液的截留率为40.89%,对牛血清蛋白溶液(BSA)的通量恢复率为91.67%。
Nano-titania (TiO2 )/polyethersulfone (PES) composite membranes were successfully prepared by phase-inversion and blend methods. The influence of nano-TiO2 particles on the morphologies and properties of the composite membranes were investigated. The results show that the numbers of the microvoids and the lengths of the finger-like pores of the TiO2 entrapped membranes could be higher and longer than those of pure PES membranes. And the hydrophilicity and antibiofouling characteristics of the nano-TiO2 blended membranes are improved. By 0. 3wt% TiO2 content, the composite membranes possess excellent properties that the surface contact angle of polysulfone membrane is 75.9°, the pure water flux is 50. 23 L/( m2 h), the retention rate of Na2SO4 reaches 40. 89%, the water flux recovery of BSA is 91.67%.
