尼龙6/聚碳酸酯共混物的增容研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过乳液聚合合成组成不同的甲基丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐共聚物,应用到尼龙6(PA6)/聚碳酸酯(PC)(75/25)共混物中,考察了共聚物用量及组成对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,马来酸酐含量为15%及20%的共聚物可有效提升PA6/PC共混物的冲击强度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度;随着共聚物用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度与弯曲强度得到显著提升;甲基丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐共聚物可缩小共混物两相的玻璃化转变温度的差值,减小分散相的尺寸。实验结果表明,甲基丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐共聚物能有效提升PA6/PC共混物基体间的相容性。 Methyl methacrylate-anhydride copolymers(PMMA-co-MAh)with different composition were synthesized by emulsion polymerization.And they were applied to the blend of nylon 6 and polycarbonate with the composition of nylon 6(PA6)/polycarbonate(PC)of 75/25.The effects of the copolymer amount and the copolymer composition on the properties of the blends were investigated.The results show that the impact strength,tensile strength and bending strength of PA6/PC blends were improved by the introduction of copolymers with maleic anhydride content of 15%and 20%.The tensile strength and bending strength of the blends increase significantly with the increment of the amount of copolymer.The copolymer reduces the difference of the glass transition temperature of two phases of PA6/PC blends and reduces the size of the dispersed PC phase.The results show that the copolymer of methyl methacrylate and maleic anhydride improves the compatibility of PA6/PC blends.
