摘要
以聚醚多元醇PPG1000与MDI-50反应合成的端NCO基聚氨酯(PU)预聚体为复膜胶的主剂;以聚醚多元醇PPG400为反应介质,以总质量分数60%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及丙烯酸羟乙酯(2-HEA)为共聚单体,合成的低黏度共聚物作为固化剂。将主剂与固化剂按异氰酸酯指数1.4配制成聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复膜胶。考察了NCO含量、固化剂反应温度、丙烯酸酯配比等因素对复膜胶性能的影响。研究表明,主剂NCO基质量分数为16%,固化剂丙烯酸酯共聚物的理论玻璃化转变温度为-10℃、聚合温度为110℃且固化剂总羟值为160 mgKOH/g时,得到的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复膜胶用于聚丙烯复合薄膜表现出优异的粘接性能。
NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer as the main component was prepared by polyether polyol PPG1000 and MDI-50. Methyl methacrylate (MMA) , butyl acrylate (BA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA) were copolymerized in polyether polyol PPG400, with the mass fraction of polyacrylate resin at 60%, it was used as the curing component. Two-component solvent-free polyurethane-acrylate adhesive for laminate films was prepared with the main component and the curing component by the isocyanate index 1.4.
