摘要
广西具有发展冬作马铃薯得天独厚的资源优势,随着马铃薯主粮化战略启动,广西马铃薯产业越来越受到重视。通过查阅资料、实地调查、座谈访问等方法,从科研、生产、加工、销售等方面了解2016年广西马铃薯发展状况,分析目前广西马铃薯产业发展面临的问题,并针对制约广西马铃薯产业提升因素提出相应的对策,以促进广西马铃薯产业健康可持续发展。
It was richly endowed by nature in developing winter potato in Guangxi. With the start of potato staple food strategy,the potato in Guangxi have been fabricated. The current situation of potato development in Guangxi on scientific research,production,processing,sales and so on were known by literature review,field survey and discussion,and then the relevant strategies were put forward based on the constraints of industry promotion,thus promoting the sustainable development of potato industry in Guangxi.
