摘要
对当前CRH380B(L)型动车组主变压器散热装置维修策略的不足进行了分析,选取实际上线运行动车组为对象进行试验研究。通过对试验动车组的主变压器出口油温进行统计和分析,结合动车组主变压器的故障报警逻辑,确定了主变压器散热装置维修决策优化方案的故障阈值和处理措施。研究结果表明,通过对主变压器散热装置维修决策进行优化使得安全风险控制能力较灵活,且大幅度降低维修工作量,对日后各铁路检修部门进行主变压器散热装置维修决策方案的改进和优化具有重要的参考意义。
The dificiency of the maintenance decision on the main transformer heat abstractor in CRH380B(L) type EMU are analyzed,and the running EMUs are chosen to carry on the experimental research to the maintenance decision plan.Based on the statistical analysis of the oil temperature of the main transformer,combined with the fault alarm logic of the main transformer on the EMU,the fault threshold and the treatment measures of the main transformer heat dissipation device are determined.The results show that the optimization of the maintenance decision of the main transformer cooling device makes the safety risk control ability more flexible and greatly reduces the maintenance workload,which has important reference for the improvement and optimization of the maintenance decisionmaking scheme of the main transformer heat radiator device in railway maintenance department in the future.
