摘要
目的分析显微外科手术结合术后放疗治疗脊髓髓内胶质瘤疗效。方法选取我院脊髓髓内胶质瘤患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组用显微外科手术结合术后放疗治疗;对照组单纯显微外科手术治疗,比较两组疗效及预后。结果实验组疗效明显高于对照组,P<0.05;2组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微外科手术结合术后放疗治疗脊髓髓内胶质瘤比单纯采用显微外科治疗疗效显著,患者术后神经功能恢复更好,且无明显并发症发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of microsurgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of intramedullary glioma of spinal cord. Methods 60 patients with intramedullary glioma in the spinal cord of our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with microsurgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy, and the control group was treated with microsurgery alone, and the curative effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The effect of the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Microsurgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy for spinal cord intramedullary glioma is more effective than microsurgery alone. Postoperative neurological function recovery is better, and no obvious complications occur.
