摘要
目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变的相关性。方法选取笔者所在医院2015年5月—2017年5月来的宫颈癌及癌前病变患者共200例,并且选取宫颈炎症患者50例作为对照组,以上250例患者均是通过病理学检查进行确诊,在手术前通过阴道镜检查进行病理学确诊分组,对所有进行HPV取样送检。结果宫颈癌组患者的HPV阳性率96%,宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级HPV阳性率80%,宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ级HPV阳性率62%,宫颈上皮内瘤变I级HPV阳性率50%,宫颈炎症组HPV阳性率22%,恶性程度越高,HPV阳性率越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变具有典型的正相关性,临床医务工作者可通过阻断高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染能够起到防治宫颈癌的目的。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high risk human papillomavirus infection and cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 200 patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected, 50 cases of cervicitis were selected as the control group. 250 patients were diagnosed by pathological examination, they were divided into pathological groups by colposcopy before operation. All HPV samples were taken for examination.Results The positive rate of HPV in the patients with cervical cancer was 96%, positive rate of grade III HPV in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was 80%, positive rate of grade II HPV in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was 62%, positive rate of I grade HPV in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was 50%, positive rate of HPV in the cervicitis group was 22%, the higher the degree of malignancy, the higher the positive rate of HPV, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High risk human papillomavirus infection has a positive correlation with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Clinical medical workers can prevent cervical cancer by blocking high-risk human papillomavirus infection.
