水性硅酸锂防锈剂的制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究一种新型的水性防锈剂及其制备工艺技术,以硅酸锂溶液为基料、加入六次甲基四胺、KH550水乙醇溶液、磷酸二氢锌、有机酸进行复配,复配出一种具有协同作用的的水性防锈剂。由正交实验获得较佳工艺条件:每200 m L水性防锈剂中,84 g M硅酸锂=4.0的硅酸锂溶液;0.03 g六次甲基四胺;0.025 g磷酸二氢锌;0.25 m L KH550水乙醇溶液;0.02 mL有机酸。在此条件下,试件在其中浸泡5 min后取出,于25℃条件下干燥2 h后,硫酸铜的点滴实验结果显示腐蚀痕迹出现在233 s后,耐盐水性能实验结果显示62 min后才出现腐蚀痕迹,中性盐雾实验结果显示361 h才出现腐蚀痕迹,防锈性能优良。 A new type of water-based anti-rust agent and its preparation technology was studied,lithium silicate solution as the base material,adding Urotropine,coupling agent KH550,Zinc Biphosphate,organic acid to make a kind of water-based rust inhibitor with a synergistic effect.By experiments investigated the influence of compounded agents,got the optimum conditions according to orthogonal experiment:the amount of Lithium silicate solution which M was 4.0 is 84 g,the amount of Methenamine is 0.03 g,the amount of Zinc Biphosphate is 0.025 g,the amount of KH550 system is 0.25 mL,the amount of organic acid is 0.02 m L in per 200 m L.Under these conditions,the specimen was immersed for 5 min then drying at 25 ℃ for 2 h,and the corrosion was observed after 233 s under CuSO_4 dropping corrosion test.The result of salt liquor immersion test was that the corrosion was carried out after 62 min and the corrosion shows after 361 h under NSS-test.All those results shows that rust inhibitor has excellent rust resistan.
