摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合在恶性肿瘤骨转移患者中疼痛干预的效果。方法:收治恶性肿瘤骨转移患者90例,分为对照组和观察组各45例;对照组给予西医疼痛干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医进行疼痛干预。结果:干预后,观察组患者疼痛评分比对照组轻;观察组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者进行中西医结合干预,能够显著缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善和提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on pain in patients with malignant tumor bone metastases.Methods:90 patients with malignant bone metastases were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were given western medicine pain intervention,and the observation group were treated with pain intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The pain score of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and Western medicine can significantly relieve pain and improve the life quality of patients with malignant bone metastases.
