摘要
当前的高职院校教育存在一些不足,本文阐述基于就业的高职市场营销人才培养模式。首先分析高职院校市场营销教育现状,然后从机会与威胁两方面分析高职院校市场营销就业环境,在此基础上给出具体的人才培养模式。
This paper is aim at the deficiencies on current higher vocational education , base on the employment of personnel trainingmode of higher vocational major in marketing. Firstly, it analyzes the present situation of education major in marketing in highervocational colleges, and then analysis the opportunity and threat of marketing major employment environment in higher vocational col-leges, raises out the specific talent cultivation model on the above basis.
