摘要
本文介绍一个针对环境科学专业学生的综合性研究型试验,通过文献查阅,综合学生已掌握的专业知识,应用氧化-还原反应原理处理西瓜连作土壤,对拟处理的连作土壤,添加秸秆粉末、混匀、淹水密封,创造快速强烈土壤还原环境,调节土壤pH,改善土壤结构,抑制土传病原菌,修复土壤微生态结构,保护作物生长,实现农业可持续发展。该实验有助于学生了解环境科学的发展前沿及强还原法在改良西瓜连作土壤方面的应用。
A comprehensive research experiment of undergraduate major in environmental science was introduced by the literature review and the integrated use of learned professional knowledge in this paper. The continuous cropping soil of watermelon was treated by reductive soil disinfestation optimized in this experiment. Adding straw powders into soil,blending,water flooding and sealing,the strong soil reductive environment was created quickly,and soil pH was adjusted. The soil structure was improved and soil-borne pathogens was inhibited by this method. Then the soil micro-ecological structure was repaired,and the crop growth protected,to realize agricultural sustainable development. The experiment can help students understand the forefront of environmental science and interdisciplinary development trends and the applications of reducing soil disinfestations on the improvement of watermelon continuous cropping soil.
