摘要
近年来,NIR技术作为一项快速、高效、无损的分析技术得到了深入的发展,并广泛应用在食品质量监测领域。NIR技术结合新型化学计量学方法,可以有效实现对食品进行产品种类、组分含量、质量测定等。综述了NIR技术在食品领域的研究进展。
In recent years, NIR technology has developed rapidly as fast, efficient and nondestructive analytical technique, and has been widely used in food quality monitoring. In combination with the new chemometrics method, the product category, component content and quality determination of food can be realize effectively. In this essay, the progress of NIR technology in food field was reviewed.
