摘要
植物在逆境胁迫下,体内会产生大量活性氧,这些物质会对植物产生毒害作用,而植物本身存在的抗氧化防御系统能清除活性氧保持机体正常生理功能。通过简述植物中活性氧的产生及活性氧对植物的损伤作用,重点论述了农药胁迫对植物抗氧化系统中主要抗氧化酶和抗氧化非酶物质的影响,概括了农药与植物抗氧化系统的关系,提出有待进一步研究的问题。
Under adversity stress,a large number of reactive oxygen species in plants will be generated,which can produce toxic to plants. And antioxidant defense system of plant itself can eliminate ROS to keep the body's normal physiological function. This paper briefly described the generation of reactive oxygen species and damage to the plant,focusing on the influence of pesticide stress to the main antioxidant enzymes and non-enzymatic antioxidant in antioxidant system summarizing the relationship between pesticide stress and plant antioxidant system. Put forward problems that need further research.
