摘要
单倍体诱导技术对改良蔬菜品种、加速品种选育进程具有重要意义。本文就蔬菜单倍体离体诱导的主要途径、影响因素、染色体加倍技术及其在遗传育种中应用的研究进展进行了综述和讨论,分析了蔬菜单倍体研究中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Haploid induction technology is important for vegetable variety improvement and accelerating breeding process. In this article,we summarized the vegetable haploid induction in vitro from the main induction pathway,affecting factors,chromosome doubling technique and its application in genetic breeding. The existing problems and application prospect were analyzed,too.
