摘要
随着3G及4G网络和智能手机的广泛大众化,基于微信群的社交网络交流平台上的学习交流活动也日益活跃。由此也给神经外科继续教育形式带来了新的活力。这种开放、自由的学习方式既是对传统的继续教育形式的有力补充,也是对传统继续教育形式的创新。针对这一新形式的继续教育,在神经外科岗位继续教育方面,进一步细化在线针对人群、合理时间安排、推行适宜专题、群管理原则等,将会对现阶段的神经外科岗位继续教育起到较大的促进作用。
With the widespread popularization of 3G and 4G networks and smartphones, the learning and communication activities on the social networking platform based on WeChat group are becoming more active. It also brings new vitality to the continuing education in neurosurgery. This open and free way of learning is not only a strong complement to the traditional form of continuing education, but also an innovation in the form of traditional continuing education. In view of this new form of continuing education, continuing education in the neurosurgery, to further refine the online for the crowd, reasonable arrangement of time, the implementation of appropriate topics, group management principle etc., will continue to play a larger role in promoting the Neurosurgery continuing education.
