摘要 为保证超大超深钻孔灌注桩的钻孔深度和成桩质量,采用气举反循环钻进方法进行超大超深钻孔灌注桩的施工,解决了跨海大桥成孔施工中,因孔壁坍塌或灌注出现断桩而影响成桩质量的问题。该工艺在深长桩施工过程中具有钻进效率高,成孔质量好,在松散地层中不易发生孔壁坍塌事故等优点。针对超长、变径的桩基成孔施工具有明显优势。 In order to ensure the drilling depth and pile quality of super large and deep bored piles,the air lift reverse circulation drilling method is adopted to construct super large and deep bored piles.It solves the problem that the quality of the pile is affected by the collapse of the hole wall or the broken pile during the construction of the sea crossing bridge.The process is guaranteed in the construction process of long pile with high drilling efficiency and good hole quality,and it also has the advantages of not easy to collapse in the loose strata.There is obvious advantage in the construction of pile foundation with long and variable diameter.
