摘要
伦理型领导的研究已经进展多年,而员工环保公民行为是最近兴起的研究热点。基于社会学习理论和情感事件理论,本研究整合领导力和绿色行为,探讨伦理型领导对员工环保公民行为的影响以及环保自我担当和亲社会动机在其中的作用。通过分析问卷调查所获得的数据,结果验证了伦理型领导对员工的环保公民行为的正向影响,以及员工的环保自我担当在以上关系中起到中介作用,而且员工的亲社会动机越强,伦理型领导对员工的环保公民行为的影响就越强。
Research on ethical leadership has been conducted for many years, yet the study about organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) has just emerged. Based on the integrated perspectives of social learning theory and affect event theory, the current paper combines leadership theory with greening behavior, and investigates the mechanism and boundary conditions of the relationship between ethical leadership and OCBE. By using regression analysis on data collected from questionnaires, the paper empirically tested the positive relationship between ethical leadership and employee's OCBE, and found that self-accountability acted as a mediator in this relationship. Further analysis showed that, when employee's prosocial motivation was higher, the positive relationship between ethical leadership and OCBE became stronger.
