摘要
采用 Polyerde 吸附柱层析,从孕尿起始一步制备500～1000 IU/mg 的 HCG 粗品,活性回收率为92～96%。
Crude human chorionic gonadotropin(500～1000 IU/mg)is pre-
pared from the urine of pregnant women by alkalization,acidification,adsorption
chromatography with Polyerde,elution with ethanol-NH_4OAc and precipitation
with ethanol.This method is both simple and economical.
