摘要
设计并成功合成了聚硅氧烷离子液体,并将其固定于硅胶表面,用作固相萃取材料,建立了固相萃取(SPE)-气相色谱(GC)测定蜂蜜中6种有机氯农药残留的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.015~0.08μg·L^(-1),定量限为0.05~0.27μg·L^(-1),线性相关系数(R^2)均高于0.9990,线性关系良好;日内RSD(n=5)为2.72%~7.96%,日间RSD(n=5)为4.58%~11.78%。制备的硅胶固定化聚硅氧烷离子液体材料具有良好的重现性,同批次材料的RSD(n=5)为4.65%~7.78%,不同批次材料的RSD(n=5)为7.45%~12.32%。6种有机氯农药在蜂蜜样品中的加标回收率在76.4%~104.0%之间,RSD在3.52%~11.38%之间。该方法的检出限低,回收率高,重现性好。
We designed and synthesized polysiloxane ionic liquid,which was immobilized on the surface of silica.Moreover,adopting silica-immobilized ionic liquid as the material of solid phase extraction,we established a solid phase extraction-gas chromatography(SPE-GC)method for the determination of six organochlorine pesticide residues in honey.The results show that the detection limit is 0.015-0.08μg·L-1,the quantitation limit is 0.05-0.27μg·L-1,and the linear correlation coefficient is not less than 0.9990,showing agood linearity.The relative standard deviation(RSD)in a day is 2.72%-7.96%,and RSD in a few days is 4.58%-11.78%.The prepared silica-immobilized ionic liquid material has good repeatability,RSD of the same batch of material is 4.65%-7.78%,and RSD of different batches of materials is 7.45%-12.32%.The recovery rate of six organochlorine pesticides in honey samples is 76.4%-104.0%,and RSD is 3.52%-11.38%.It is a lowlimit and high-recovery method with good repeatability.
