产前超声心动图对胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价产前超声心动图检查在诊断胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形的临床价值。方法以海南省人民医院62例产前超声心动图诊断胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形的孕妇为研究对象,回顾性分析胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形的发病特征。结果 62例胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形中24例为共同动脉干,14例为法洛氏四联征,12例为心室双出口,12例为大动脉转位。其中14例法洛氏四联征和4例大动脉转位未合并其他畸形,其余44例均合并各种心脏畸形。结论产前超声心动图可以明确诊断大部分胎儿心脏圆锥动脉干畸形病变,帮助临床医生在产前评估胎儿出生后的手术效果及远期预后,对孕妇选择是否终止妊娠具有很大的现实意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of prenatal echocardiography in fetal heart conotruncal defects. Methods A total of 62 cases of pregnant women with fetal heart conotruncal defects confirmed by prenatal echocardiographic diagnosis were selected as the research objects. The onset characteristics of fetal heart conotruncal defects were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 62 cases of fetal heart conotruncal defects, there were 24 cases of truncus arteriosus occur, 14 cases of tetralogy of Fallot, 12 cases of double outlet of ventricle, and 12 cases of transposition of the great arteries. There was no other cardiac abnormalities in 14 cases of tetralogy of Fallot and 4 cases of transposition of the great arteries, but there was cardiac deformities for other 46 cases. Conclusion Prenatal echocardiography can diagnosis most heart conotruncal defects, and help clinicians to evaluate the operation effect and long-term outcome after birth in prenatal period, which has great practical significance for pregnant women to choose whether to terminate pregnancy.
