摘要
报道了新型抗菌药奥替尼啶的合成。对氨化、还原两步作了改进。初步临床试验表明其抑制菌斑和防止牙龈炎具有较好的效果。
Octenidine,a new antimicrobial agent,was synthesized with some
improvements,in amination and reduction.Octenidine showed significant antipla-
que and antigingivitis activity.
