摘要
文章采取问卷调查、高频词分析、大数据统计、案例研究等方法,探究了教育部和C9高校现行的十部学术规范条例的内容和特征,并对相关学术不规范案例进行样本研究。在此基础上,归纳出学术不端行为的十二大种类与四十五种特征,并提出市场力量对治理学术不端行为的重要性。
This paper explores the contents and characteristics of the ten academic regulations that are validated by the Ministry of education and C9 Universities, and studies the relevant samples of academic misconduct through multiple methods like questionnaires, high-frequency words analyses,big data statistics, case studies and so on. On this basis, this paper summarizes twelve types and forty-five characteristics of academic misconduct, and manifests the importance of market power in stemming academic misconduct.
