摘要
目的探讨肺结核患者外周血单个核细胞TLRs信号通路表达水平与患者治疗效果及患者病情预后的关系。方法选取本院2013年8月至2015年8月收治的80例肺结核患者作为研究对象,提取患者外周血单个核细胞,检测其细胞TLRs信号表达水平;根据TLR2和NF-Kb中位数水平分为高水平组和低水平组,探讨TLRs信号通路表达与患者治疗效果及患者临床预后的关系。结果 TLR及NF-kb高水平患者涂阳阴转和培养阴转例数均明显低于TLR2及NF-kb低水平组;且TLR2(P=0.02)、NF-kb(P=0.03)、痰涂阳性(P=0.02)是患者肺结核复发的独立危险因素;TLR2和NF-kb与培养阳性、痰涂阳性成正相关,P<0.05。结论肺结核患者外周血单个核细胞TLRs信号通路表达水平与患者治疗效果及患者病情预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of TLRs signaling pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB)and the relationship between the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the patients. Methods 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the subjects. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)were extracted and the expression level of TLRs was detected. High level group and low level group were defined according to the median level of TLR2 and NF-Kb, to explore the TLRs signal pathway expression, patient treatment and clinical prognosis of patients. Results TLR2 and NF-kb were significantly lower than those in TLR2 and NF- kb low- level group. P values for TLR2, NF- kb and positive were 0.02,0.03 or 0.02, each of which was an independent risk factor for recurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis. TLR2 and NF-kb were positively correlated with positive culture and sputum smear ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression level of TLRs signaling pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is closely related to the effect of treatment and prognosis of patients.
