摘要
正常条件下热原检查所用家兔自身体温升降的双向波动值,遵从总体均数为零的正态分布。考查了多种偏因对波动值均数和热原检查结果的影响,提出了可用于评价热原检查试验质量的新观点——零点论。
Under normal conditions the two-way fluctuation values,i(?)e(?)
the going-up-and-down,of the body temperature of rabbits used in the pyrogen
tests obeyed the normal physiological distribution of which the total average
approached zero.The influences Of many kinds of biased factors on the average
of the fluctuation values and on the results of pyrogen test were checked.A new
viewpoint in evaluating the experimental quality of pyrogen test——zero point
theory is proposed.
