资源共享管理机制的化工实验中心建设探讨 被引量:2

摘要 教研室直接管理实验室属于"小权限"管理模式,导致化工实验室优质资源无法共享,严重制约实验室建设与实验教学改革发展。结合学院化工实验室运行情况,从建设化工实验中心、建立资源共享管理机制、构建实验教学新体系、创新实验教学手段、加强实验教学师资队伍建设等方面做了积极的改革探索,为充分发挥化工实验中心的示范与辐射作用,提高本科教学与科研水平,开拓教师和学生专业实践视野,培养工程意识与创新能力,打造创新应用型人才培养的多元化实验教学平台奠定基础。 Directly management of the chemical laboratory by teaching and researching department belongs to"small permissions"management mode,which leads to failure in sharing chemical laboratory quality resources and restricting the development of laboratory construction and experimental teaching reformation.Combined with the operation of the chemical laboratory of the college,the management system of resource-shared chemical engineering experiment center was constructed by breaking many barriers between different departments,and small but complete situation.The positive reform of experimental teaching has been explored from constructing new system of experimental teaching,the innovation of experimental teaching method,making innovation in experimental teaching instrument,strengthening the construction of experimental teaching staff,etc.These lay the foundation for full playing the role of radiation and demonstration of the center,promoting the level of undergraduate teaching and scientific research,developing professional practice view,cultivating creative thinking and ability,and building a practice education platform for cultivating high quality innovative and applied talents.
