摘要
结合一种超高强度马氏体试验钢,介绍了升温脱氢分析(TDS)设备表征钢中可扩散氢的原理及作用。结果表明,TDS方法能得出钢中氢逸出速率随温度变化的逸出曲线,准确区分钢中可扩散氢与不可扩散氢,精确测量钢中可扩散氢含量,分析精度高达0.01×10-6。TDS方法能方便地表征钢中氢扩散系数和氢陷阱激活能,为钢中氢的扩散行为和氢脆机理的研究提供了一种新方法。
According to an ultra-high strength martensitic steel,the principle and application of the thermal desorption spectroscopy(TDS)equipment used for the characterization of the diffusible hydrogen in steel were introduced. The results showed that the changing curves of the hydrogen desorption rate with temperature can be obtained by TDS method.The diffusible hydrogen and non-diffusible hydrogen can be accurately distinguished,the content of diffusible hydrogen can be accurately measured,and the analysis accuracy can reach up to 0.01×10-6. The TDS method can easily characterize the hydrogen diffusivity coefficient and the activation energy of hydrogen trap,which can provide a new method for the research of the hydrogen diffusion behaviors and the hydrogen embrittlement mechanism in steel.
