摘要 目的了解23S rRNA基因突变与儿童肺炎支原体(MP)耐药机制的相关性。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月南通市第一人民医院儿科病房住院的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共63例,采集所有患儿的咽拭子标本进行培养基培养,进行体外药敏试验,对各组标本进行23S rRNA V区基因位点突变情况分析。结果 63份咽拭子标本共分离培养出MP 20株,分离阳性率为31.75%;体外药敏试验显示18例存在耐药。18株耐药株中耐药菌株突变位点以A2063G为主(约占72.22%)。结论 23S rRNA V区基因突变可能是引起肺炎支原体对抗生素耐药的重要原因。 Objective To study the correlation between 23S rRNA gene mutation and drug resistance mecha-nism of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in children. Methods A total of 63 children with MP who admitted in Depart-ment of Paediatrics in Nantong First People's Hospital were selected from June 2015 to June 2016. All the children'sthroat swab specimens were collected, and cultured for the drug sensitivity test in vitro. The mutations of 23S rRNA geneV region were analyzed. Results Totally 20 strains of MP were isolated from 63 throat swab specimens, and the posi-tive rate of isolation was 31.75%. The drug susceptibility test showed that there were 18 cases of drug resistance. Amongthe 18 resistant strains, the mutation site was mainly A2063G (about 72.22%). Conclusion 23S rRNA gene V regionmutation may be a major cause of antibiotic resistance in Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
