RhoC与肿瘤血管生成关系的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤血管生成是目前肿瘤治疗方面的研究热点。随着研究的不断深入,以RhoC为代表的Rho酶家族逐渐被发现与肿瘤血管生成存在密切关系。对RhoC与肿瘤血管生成关系进行研究,将有助于肿瘤血管生成新靶点的发现。 Tumor angiogenesis is the research focus in the field of tumor therapy. In further reasearthes, the Rho enzyme family represented by RhoC gradually presents to be related with tumor angiogenesis. The discussion and exploration of the relationship between RhoC and tumor angiogenesis will contribute to the discovery of new targets for tumor angiogenesis.
