氢气压缩机气缸活塞连杆断裂原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 某苯乙烯装置氢气压缩机系进口设备,开工运行不久就发生了压缩机一级气缸活塞连杆、二级气缸活塞连杆断裂事故,影响装置的安全运行。文章从压缩机的运行状况、连杆断裂部位、连杆材质和力学性能等方面进行了分析,找出压缩机连杆断裂的主要原因是强度不够,并针对此问题对后期压缩机连杆的质量及运行提出了要求,保证了氢气压缩机的安全运行。 The hydrogen compressor of certain styrene plant is imported equipment.The primary and secondary cylinder piston connecting rod of the hydrogen compressor fractured shortly after the equipment started to operate.This affected the safe operation of the plant.This paper makes an analysis from such aspects as operation conditions of the compressor,fracture parts and materials of the connecting rod,mechanical properties and so forth.It is found that the fracture of the cylinder connecting rod is mainly caused by its low strength.Aiming at this problem,the paper puts forward the quality standards for the new connecting rod and the operation requirements for the compressor,which ensures the safe operation of the hydrogen compressor.
