摘要
作为一种新的出行方式,共享单车的出现解决了出行领域"最后一公里"的问题,得到了资本市场和广大用户的极致推崇。但是,共享单车自进入市场以来就成为了违法犯罪行为的温床,严重影响了共享单车社会价值的发挥。为了阻止这些违法犯罪行为的蔓延,公安机关必须从行业发展背景入手,掌握行业运营模式,实现和运营商通力合作,通过采取一系列的治安防控措施改善现状。
As a new means for commuting, the emergence of shared bikes has helped to solve the last kilometer＇ problems in this sphere, which has won supreme praise from capital market and the majority of customers. However, since its admission into market, it has gradually become the hotbed for misdeeds and thus seriously affecting its realization of social values. In order to prevent the expansion of these misdeeds, public security organs have to obtain knowledge of the background and operation modes of this industry, co-operate with service providers and take some professional countermeasures to reverse the status quo.
