海参养殖池塘异养菌与弧菌数量变化特征分析 被引量:4

摘要 本研究对海参养殖池塘水体中的异养菌、弧菌数量变化进行监测,结果表明,表层水体异养菌数量为4.4×103~2.3×105 CFU/mL,中层水体异养菌数量为7.95×103~1.60×105CFU/mL,底层水体异养菌数量为5.0×103~1.6×105CFU/mL;表层水体弧菌数量为0~7.85×103 CFU/mL,中层水体弧菌数量为0~1.8×103 CFU/mL,底层水体弧菌数量为0~1.32×104 CFU/mL。池塘水环境中的异养菌总数和弧菌数均呈现出较为明显的季节变化,春季、夏季处于较高水平,秋季、冬季处于较低水平。其中,弧菌数量受温度影响较大,冬季达到最低值,随着养殖池塘水温的回升而逐渐升高。 This research monitored the quantitative change of heterotrophic bacteria and vibrio of sea cucumber pond.The results indicated that heterotrophic bacteria on the surface of the pond was 4.4×103-2.3×105 CFU/mL,heterotrophie bacteria in the middle of the pond was 7.95×103-1.60×105 CFU/mL,heterotrophic bacteria at the bottom of the pond was 5.0×103-1.6×105 CFU/mL.Vibrio on the surface of the pond was 0-7.85×103 CFU/mL, vibrio in the middle of the pond was 0-1.8× 103 C FU/mL, vibrio at the bottom of the pond was 0-1.32×104 C FU/mL.The total number of heterotrophic bacteria and vibrio in the pond water environment showed obvious seasonal changes ,the total number was high in spring and summer,and was low in autumn and winter.The number of vibrio was affected by the temperature, which reached the lowest value in winter and gradually increased with the rise of water temperature in the breeding pond.
