摘要
为研究温湿度对虫草蝠蛾卵孵化的影响,本试验设置了4种不同温湿度和2种低温恒湿条件,保存一定时间后测定孵化率。结果表明,虫草蝠蛾卵适宜的孵化温度为12℃、湿度为65%,孵化率85.8%,发育历期为28 d;在低于4℃条件下保存7 d后卵孵化率则降低。由此说明,温湿度对虫草蝠蛾卵孵化率有较大影响。
To study the effects of temperature and humidity on the hatching of Cordyceps sinensis eggs,the four conditions with different temperatures and humidity, two conditions with low temperature and constant humidity were set up, and the hatching rate was determined after a certain period of preservation.The results showed that the suitable incubation temperature was 12 ℃ ,the humidity was 65% ,the hatching rate was 85.8% ,the developmental duration was 28 d, and the hatching rate was decreased after 7 days of storage under 4℃.Temperature and humidity have great influence on hatching rate of Cordyceps sinensis eggs.
