摘要
报道了以苯乙腈为起始原料合成吡洛芬的新路线。具有反应条件温和,原料价廉易得等优点。总收率为4.8%。
A new synthetic route of p(?)rprofen from phenylacetonitrile,in
4.8% overall yield is reported.The reaction conditions are mild and the raw
materials used are commercially available.
