摘要
对29所研究型大学教育学二级单位的论文数、被引数、项目数进行聚类分析与量化比较。研究发现:研究型大学教育学二级单位的定位分为三类:"侧重学科导向""学科与服务均衡导向""侧重服务导向";典型案例中两个二级单位确定的定位与实际定位均出现了不一致。研究启示包括:各教育学二级单位需形成明确的定位;可依学科科研竞争力确定大致的定位及所属的大类,并据此实时监测和动态调整自己的定位。
The 29 research universities of pedagogy level two units of paper number, citation number, the project was compared with clustering analysis and quantification. The research finds that two levels of pedagogy in research universities can be classified into three categories: "discipline oriented","balanced guidance of disciplines and services", and "service oriented". In a typical case, there is no agreement between the positioning and the actual positioning of two two level units. The inspiration of the study includes: the two level units of pedagogy need a clear orientation. In accordance with the competitiveness of scientific research, the general orientation and major categories, and on the basis of real - time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of their own positioning.
