摘要
从公立医院内部、外部环境论述了我国公立医院法人治理结构现状及存在的问题;介绍了美国、英国现行的公立医院管理体制及对我国公立医院法人治理结构的启示;在外部治理结构方面,提出要实行管办分离、完善外部监督机制的建议;在内部治理结构方面,提出院内组织机构重置、院长去行政化、医院拥有用人自主权、完善绩效考评体系等建议。
This paper discusses the status and problems of corporate governance structure in public hospital internal and external environment. It introduces American and British current management system for public hospital and revelation to corporate governance structure in China. At ex- ternal corporate governance structure side, it puts forward that carry out handle separation and perfect external supervision mechanism. At inter- hal corporate governance structure side, it puts forward internal organization reset, cancel administrative level, hospital has employee autonomy and perfect performance assessment.
