摘要
由于承载着满足阅读需求与科研需要的双重任务,大学图书馆建设历来备受关注。在现代转型过程中,大学图书馆普遍存在技术手段落后、馆员素质偏低、资源管理模式僵化等问题。宋姬芳著《大学图书馆学科知识服务能力理论与实践》一书针对具体问题和转型需要,重点从学科知识服务的角度探讨解决问题的方法,理论与实践相结合,具有较高的参考价值。
Due to the dual task of fulfilling the needs of reading and scientific research, the construction of university library has re ceived a lot of attention. In the process of modem transformation, some problems are commonly found in university libraries, the quality of staff, the need of equipment to be updated in time, rigid management mode and so on. According to Theory and Practice of University Libraries＇ Subject Knowledge Service Capability written by Song Jifang, and aiming at specific problems and the need of transformation, this paper focuses on the solutions to problems from the point of subject knowledge service combines theory and practice, has pretty high reference value in general.
