摘要
高校图书馆文化扶贫实践活动中存在的偏差影响了高校图书馆文化扶贫工作的开展及其成效。本文阐述高校图书馆文化扶贫偏差现状,从缺乏明确系统的政策依据、缺少专项扶贫资金支持和缺失有效的激励机制等方面分析偏差形成的原因,提出组建省(区、市)高校图书馆文化帮扶工作小组、建立文化帮扶激励机制、加强文化帮扶调研工作和多渠道筹集扶贫资金等纠正偏差的策略。
The deviation showing in the process of the university library＇s taking part in the practice of cultural poverty influences the development and effectiveness of the university library cultural poverty alleviation work. This paper elaborates the present situation of deviation of university library＇s cultural poverty alleviation, and analyzes the reasons of deviation from aspects of lacking clear and sys- tematic policies, lacking support of special poverty relief funds, and lacking effective incentive mechanism, and proposes strategies to correct the deviation of establishing a provincial college cultural support work groups and cultural assistance incentive mechanism, strengthening the cultural help research work and raising poverty funds through multiple channels.
