摘要
提出一种基于压差理论的新型流量检测方法。在对充填膏体流变特性研究的基础上,分析管道输送阻力与膏体流速的关系,设计了基于压差法的膏体充填管道流量检测实验,并且通过实验对压差法测管道流量的正确性进行了验证。该方法实现了充填管道内膏体流量的精准测量,并对管道压力进行实时监测,防止堵管和爆管事件发生。
A new differential pressure flow detection method based on differential pressure theory isproposed. Based on the study of the rheologieal properties of the filling paste, the relationship betweenthe pipeline transmission resistance and the paste flow rate was analyzed. The experiment of the pastefilling flow based on the pressure difference method was designed and the correctness of the methodwas verified by experiment. The method realizes the accurate measurement of the paste flow in thefilling pipeline and realizes the monitoring of the pipeline pressure to prevent the occurrence of theplugging and bursting.
